Job Summary
Sandblaster - Workshop Based
About the role
CrewSELECT is currently seeking experienced Sandblasters for an immediate start in a manufacturing workshop located in Brisbane. Youll be responsible for surface preparation of fabricated components using abrasive blasting techniques. This is a hands-on role across day shifts with overtime available.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in abrasive blasting (industrial/workshop)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and confined space requirements
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Physically fit for manual and repetitive tasks
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
Tickets & Licences
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (highly desirable)
- Confined Space Ticket (required)
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- Drivers Licence and own transport
Benefits
- $42-$47 per hour penalties super
- Weekly pay and regular hours with overtime available
- Workshop-based role - no travel required
