Synergie is seeking an experienced Blaster to join our clients team in Wingfield. Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components in a clean modern workshop.

Shift Details:

Monday Thursday: 6:00am 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am 12:00pm
$36 $40 per hour (negotiable for experienced candidates)

Key Duties Include:

Performing abrasive blasting on metal components
Preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting or coating
Operating and maintaining blasting equipment
Inspecting surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a Blaster (essential)
Knowledge of abrasive blasting processes and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable punctual and a good team player
Able to commence immediately
