Job Summary
The Outlet Host/Hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests managing reservations and seating and supporting the dining experience by ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. This role also assists with basic cashiering duties and collaborates with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service in alignment with Hilton standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly offering assistance as needed.
Maintain a clean organized and guest-ready host stand and dining area.
Manage reservations confirm large bookings and coordinate seating with servers and leadership.
Demonstrate strong menu knowledge including dietary considerations and outlet offerings.
Assist with labeling and maintaining buffet areas ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
Provide courteous and timely responses to guest inquiries escalating when necessary.
Support cash handling procedures and ensure the cashiering station is properly set for service.
Communicate effectively with servers bartenders and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Follow health safety and hotel policies at all times and report any incidents promptly.
Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by leadership.
