Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly professional and experienced Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the face of The Floridian Club you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by warmly greeting guests managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a vibrant customer-focused environment we want to hear from you!
Friday 4pm -8pm
Saturday 4pm - 8pm
Sunday 8am - 3pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using our booking system.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
