THE ORGANIZATION KAMLOOPS-THOMPSON SCHOOL DISTRICT

THE OPPORTUNITY CEA IN-HOUSE CERTIFICATION (CIC) FACILITATOR
SD73 is seeking applications from innovative and enthusiastic instructors who are passionate about student support educational outcomes and fostering inclusive learning environments. Alongside partners in the HR and Inclusive Education departments this role will lead the planning design delivery and evaluation of a new CEA In-House Certification (CIC) program that will prepare adults to work as Certified Education Assistants in our District.
The CIC Facilitator will have specific responsibilities in the areas of post secondary curriculum design program planning virtual and in-person instruction and program evaluation.

COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this part-time position is $59463 to $74329 for .7143 FTE. Hours of work are anticipated to be 25 hours/week. Employment term is December 12 2025 until September 30 2026 with the possibility of extension based on the success of the program.
Anticipated instructional schedule is Tuesday and Thursday evenings with students performing self-directed coursework or certificate training on Saturdays commencing February 2026.
