The Data and Insights Manager will oversee a team of professionals performing marketing and insights activities related to customers consumers brands products categories market trends business intelligence and competitive intelligence for our Food Manufacturing - Food Latam South this role you will be responsible for providing oversight to develop customer understanding and deliver customer value throughout the customer journey aiming to achieve customer-driven growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the execution of marketing and insights plans across products categories channels and brands to ensure initiatives meet business goals and are aligned with broader marketing insights and customer priorities.
- Market Mapping: bottom-up construction; Market Assessment: top-down approach; Imports & Exports; Supply & Demand analysis both in terms of volume and financial perspective.
- Lead a team to perform research and analysis to monitor and analyze market trends products categories brands customers consumers competitors or the broader business environment.
- Provide oversight to ensure aligned execution of product category brand channel and customer marketing activation to create compelling customer experiences and optimize marketing performances.
- Lead insights generation dissemination and activation activities including overseeing the team to distill information from multiple sources give it meaning for the business and incite relevant action based on learning.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop between insights and marketing teams to ensure that customer insights and research findings are effectively translated into marketing strategies and plans and that marketing priorities inform appropriate insights and research activities.
- Engage the team to bring the voice of customer to the business to support a data driven and insights driven culture.
- Lead and develop a team coach and make decisions related to talent management hiring performance and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
Experience in Strategic Marketing or Insights
Advanced English language skills
Knowledge of data analysis
Experience in Power BI
Knowledge of marketing tools (Nielsen Kantar Euromonitor)
Experience in People Management a plus
Knowledge of the food market a plus
