Mercedes Benz of Hampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Hampton VA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive management with the ability to oversee daily operations drive sales performance and foster a high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations including sales service parts and administration.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet dealership goals and objectives.
- Lead motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Manage budgets financial reports and operational metrics to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and the Mercedes Benz corporate network.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive sales processes.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of Mercedes Benz products and brand standards is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
