a) Assisting the Managers in Budgeting and Costing.
b) Handling of Invoices related to vendors and ensure timely payments are being carried out in accordance with the timelines.
c) Preparation of MIS reports and submitting the same to the HOD Admin.
d) Ensure timely renewal of AMCs
e) Should be well versed with Excel Word and Presentations.
f) Should have good communication skills
g) Well versed with Admin operations
h) Possess an eye for a detail
Additional Details :
Contract period auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
