About the role:

作为商务部的一部分渠道运营团队负责与经销商日常管理有关的工作主要职责为管理经销授权管理经销协议签订协助渠道商务/业务团队/市场部制定并落地商业政策推动渠道流程优化日常监督管理经销商合规流程以及参与支持渠道创新项目

Your responsibilities will include:

日常运营

与销售团队财务部渠道经理市场部合作参与制定并负责执行包括返利促销退换货和经销商分级管理在内的商业政策确保商业政策被正确地制定准确按时地执行灵活支持业务调整价格策略并确保合规性评估风险
每季度各类商业政策计算
搭建数据分析模型商业政策有效性分析追踪调整
一级经销商授权指标管理合同签署和发放
参与讨论各业务部门流程中涉及渠道运营的部分提供解决方案
渠道相关问题的协调与解决

经销商管理

对经销商/平台的日常培训包括商业政策渠道规则等
协助渠道运营经理执行KPI管理防范合规质量风险帮助经销商解决对接过程中的问题
对物流平台进行日常管理确保平台的运营符合原厂渠道要求

项目管理

参与并支持渠道流程及系统的优化精益渠道端流程跨部门沟通完成项目目标

能力要求

5年或以上的渠道运营或者数据有关的工作经验
2年或以上独立负责项目管理的经验项目包括但不限于系统搭建流程优化等
有在同行业经销商管理工作经历的优先
具备强烈的自我驱动能力乐意积极面对挑战和变化
具备良好的组织能力人际关系处理能力和团队合作精神
熟练使用Microsoft Office具有一定的数据处理能力
