ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne is excited to offer nurses the opportunity to undertake a structured twelve-month program Pathway to Specialty Practice for our Cardiology and Cardiac Cath Lab units. Program is scheduled to commence on the Monday the 16th of March 2026.
For Registered Nurses we offer the program in the following specialty areas:
Cardiology
Cardiac Cath Lab
The program consists of:
A structuredtwelve (12) month supportive program with a minimum of 4 study days
Full Time and Part Time positions are available
Support from highly skilled education nursing and medical teams
Theoretical and practical knowledge including simulation training incorporated into the study days
Ongoing employment upon successful completion of the program
The opportunity for Registered Nurses to apply for Post Graduate programs

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have;
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Recent acute care medical or surgical experience (minimum of 12 months)
