Job Summary
Join the dynamic team at Bill Alexander Mazda Mitsubishi as a Sales Consultant in Yuma this role you will engage with customers understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle. You will be the face of our dealership providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that meet their requirements
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features financing options and promotions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory and pricing
- Negotiate sales and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes
- Maintain accurate sales records and complete all required paperwork
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales preferably in automotive or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed
