Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their goals and assess program alignment
  • Support and encourage clients as they progress through their selected development programs
  • Collaborate with a team of consultants and trainers committed to positive impact
  • Assist with content creation and outreach initiatives for digital platforms and social media


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using computers video conferencing tools and online systems
  • Willingness to follow a structured training and onboarding process
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional positive attitude
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve consistent outcomes


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Background in sales customer service or client engagement (2 years preferred)
  • Experience with consultative or relationship-based sales processes
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms
