Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service member relations or a related field.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team whether remote or in-office.
