About the role
Our Learning for Life program provides emotional practical and financial support to help children and young people experiencing disadvantage with their education. Our support starts in the early years of learning development and continues through primary and high school.
Leading a Learning for Life team the Team Leader will provide leadership to their geographically dispersed team in Darwin/Palmerston through proactive oversight of their implementation activities aligned to state-developed plans that complement national plans. This position will role model the organisational values our required practice framework approaches and will embed a coaching framework to develop team capability to support and drive growth. This role will champion and embed organisational change supporting and inspiring your team to adapt and innovate in a fast-evolving environment.
