Job Summary

Procurement Manager Luxury Care Provider
Salary: 60000 - 70000 basic plus benefits
Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation at an exciting stage of growth with new developments underway and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care in high-quality environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategy across the group ensuring quality compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Build and manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and drive service excellence.
Oversee procurement processes across multiple sites ensuring consistency and transparency.
Collaborate with the development team to support supplier relationships on new home projects.
Line manage a Procurement Officer providing guidance and development.
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with senior leadership.

About You

Proven experience in procurement management ideally within luxury care hospitality or other multi-site environments
Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
Commercially astute with the ability to balance cost quality and compliance.
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with a collaborative values-led approach.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence three days pw
