You will also work closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve issues contributing to a seamless operational environment.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
