Role & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on production support for Java-based microservices applications.

Work with job schedulers monitoring tools and ticketing systems to ensure smooth production operations.

Support applications deployed in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments.

Perform deep-dive troubleshooting debugging and root cause analysis for production issues.
-
Manage B2B production support activities including:
-
Work within an offshore production monitoring model and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
-
Take complete ownership of issues till closure and set proper customer expectations.
-
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
-
Participate in Kanban / ticket-based delivery models.
-
Prepare technical reports presentations and communicate resolutions clearly.
Technical Requirements

Minimum 6 years of hands-on production support experience in Java Web / Enterprise projects.

Strong skills in Java Spring Spring Boot Microservices.

Experience in monitoring alerting and application health checks using tools like Splunk/New Relic.

Experience troubleshooting connectivity deployment environment and scalability issues.

Good knowledge of SQL queries database connectivity and ORM tools.

Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
