Your Profile

Monitor alerts APM tools server health DB backup jobs web application status and CPU/Memory usage of microservices.
Analyze logs from various tools to identify resolve or escalate issues.
Handle incoming issues/tickets via Email Service Desk and JIRA.
Take ownership of unresolved issues escalations and perform RCA.
Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures to prevent SLA breaches.
Coordinate with internal teams business teams customer care and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Identify recurring issue patterns and suggest process improvements.
Set up alerts and create Run Books for operational processes.

Your Checklist
