On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Network Manager to work in Nairobi Kenya

Job Summary

The Jobholder focuses on Network Expansion across Kenya supporting the Dealers/TASSes in Kenya.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network expansion- Ensure to onboard new dealers/ tasses as per KRA.

Spearheading coordination and overseeing dealer sales (Units Parts & Service)

Dealer account management

a) Account reconciliation

b) Trade receivables collection

c) Vendor payments

Dealer support

a) Dealer branding

b) Dealer events coordination

c) Provision of merchandise

d) Display/Consignment units management

e) Launch activities

Dealer communication

a) Stock levels

b) Price guidelines

c) Technical updates and support

d) New products

Ensure compliance with ISO9001 compliance.

Scouting and appointing at least three dealers in a Quarter across Kenya.

Understanding customers business and recommend requirements.

Managing and consolidating dealer/TASSes pipeline.

Achieving Sales & Aftersales Targets through Dealers /TASSes (As per ABP)

Present monthly overall market summary sales and aftersales strategies to Business Head & Aftersales Head

Timely client communications and deliverables.

Identifying & executing product promotion and branding activities across country to increase awareness and reach.

Excellent knowledge/understanding of Vertical and Dual Reporting

Fast and accurate

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

BCOM Sales and Marketing / Mechanical Engineer / Any Relevant Degree.

Five years experience in the same role
