Job Summary
Position Summary
The NPI Coordinator is responsible for building up the end-to-end supply chain during project execution. This role coordinates supplier capacity ramp-up material readiness and phase-in/out management to ensure smooth project launches in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage NPI customer communication demand planning and prototype order management.
- Coordinate 4-month call-off planning and supplier capacity ramp-up.
- Control NPI E&O (Excess & Obsolete) and manage aging consignment materials.
- Monitor and control NPI stock levels.
- Arrange NPI shipping and oversee packing control.
- Manage project ECN (Engineering Change Notice) including phase-in/out coordination across SCM functions and final checks.
- Conduct NPI project handover checks and ensure smooth internal job transition to VS & CD.
- Manage master data in SAP and oversee SOP change management.
- Support internal physical and information flow setup for NPI projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and Project Management processes.
- Experience with SAP system.
Skills
- Good English proficiency (acceptable level required).
- Strong communication and resource management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
