YOUR ROLE AT CNG ENGINEERING As an Electrical Engineer you will contribute to the design of safe efficient and sustainable electrical systems that support the communities we serve. Youll collaborate closely with project teams support project delivery from concept through construction and help uphold CNGs commitment to engineering excellence and equitable environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead with Technical Expertise - Design branch circuit distribution systems for power and lighting in commercial and institutional facilities.
- Develop overall power distribution systems with clarity accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform electrical calculations system analyses and code reviews.
Collaborate Across Disciplines - Coordinate with internal MEP teams architects and external consultants from project kickoff through completion.
- Participate in design and construction meetings with professionalism and accountability.
- Support client relationships through responsive communication and reliable project delivery.
Grow & Support Others - Work closely with senior engineers and designers to support project execution and continuous learning.
- Contribute to a culture of shared knowledge collaboration and mutual respect.
Deliver with Integrity - Review submittals respond to RFIs and participate in construction administration activities.
- Conduct site visits and field observations to verify design intent.
- Manage assigned tasks and project phases while maintaining quality schedules and documentation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Current Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Texas licensure
- 4 years of MEP electrical design experience in municipal/aviation education healthcare or commercial sectors
- 1 years of project management or tasklead experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
