Director of Student Success and Partnerships
The Director of Student Success and Partnerships is the person who connects the dots across guidance academics attendance and discipline to make sure every student at West Catholic is known supported and accountable. The goal is not to add another layer of management; its to make our systems work together so students dont fall through the cracks and staff arent working in silos. Through effective coordination collaboration and communication the Director works to ensure that each student receives timely and appropriate interventions ensuring greater student support and increased student retention.
Over the past few years weve added new academic programs support staff and specialized positions to better serve students. That growth has been healthy and necessary but our internal systems havent always kept pace with it. As we add people and programs the work of coordination becomes even more important. We now have more hands helping students but without better structures and collaboration its easy for efforts to overlap or gaps to appear. The Director of Student Success and Partnerships is a response to that reality someone whose focus is on building the connectivity between people and systems so our students and families receive the holistic support they need.
The position will report to the Principal and will be a 12-month position.
