Job Summary
The Production Specialist ensures smooth operations through documentation digitalization support quality compliance and improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Manage production documentation reporting and KPI dashboards; support digitalization projects and train operators.
- Ensure quality compliance analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in Lean initiatives trials and cost-saving projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or related field with experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in digital systems and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and quality management standards preferred.
