About The Role
We have an exciting Fixed Term Full Time opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our North East Regional team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing an area of residential services managing employees and supporting our customers.

Position details
- Location: Based at our Wangaratta Office
- Employment Type: Fixed Term Full Time
- Contract Dates: 2 December 2025 2 October 2026
- Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
- Classification: DDSO5
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership experience in the disability or community sector with a strong focus on team development accountability and delivering person-centred support.
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- A genuine values-based approach to connecting with people motivating teams and leading through change and growth.
- A proactive approach to client acquisition intake and retention ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing clients.
- A hands-on leadership style this is a non-hybrid role with fortnightly (minimum) site visits required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern with a strong understanding of positive behaviour support in practice.
- Confidence in leading through change navigating challenges while keeping your team engaged and focused.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships across departments to support both operational and strategic goals.
