We are partnering with Hollister Incorporated to recruit a Secure Start Advisor for its new office in Warsaw.
Hollister is a global healthcare company committed to making life more rewarding and dignified for people who use our products and services. The company has been present in the region through a distributor and is already recognized in the market. Now Hollister is building its own Sales and Marketing organization in Poland from the ground up and opening a new officean exciting time to join and shape the future.
As Secure Start Advisor you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering world-class customer service and supporting patients through the Secure Start Pathway. This role combines proactive customer engagement education on Hollister Ostomy products and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional experience for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Secure Start patients in a timely manner logging interactions in Salesforce.
- Make proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound queries via phone and email.
- Process sample requests efficiently and follow up with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Educate customers on Hollister Ostomy products and provide solutions for skin health issues.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain accurate records.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with literature and attendance at external events.
- Contribute to achieving overall Customer Service KPIs.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (sales support experience desirable).
- Strong communication and empathetic listening skills.
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines multitask and use initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP preferred).
- Fluent in Polish (written and verbal); English is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and reliable team player.
