ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To greet club members and guests provide information aboutclub rules and perform a variety of administrative.
Manage dining reservations
Manage special event registration
Track guest entry and exit
Be familiar with club rules and provide information aboutthem to members & guests
Compile and balance deposits on a daily basis
Receive cash and cheque payments
File member use records and retrieve them for memberinquiries
Perform opening and closing procedures at Reception
Maintain a professional reception area
Additional duties as assigned by manager
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Outlook Word and Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills professionalphone manner
High School graduate
Reception customer service and bookkeeping experience areassets
