In Nagykanizsa or Budapest we are looking for a new colleague for the position:
Supplier Quality Development Engineer
Your main tasks will be:
Support Category management on Supplier Approval process evaluate suppliers capability (manufacturing and quality) work with suppliers on quality planning and part approval process tasks in Procurement strategy projects. Make sure supplier quality tasks are completed on time.
Execute supplier improvement tasks quality planning and part approval processes. Support early supplier improvements and evaluate suppliers capability (manufacturing and quality). Make sure supplier improvements and PPAP activities are completed in line with project timing plan.
Guide supplier improvement and development activities to reach or go beyond the desired quality KPIs (eg: DPM SCAR/8D) with the use of quality tools such as QS PCPA CA-PA LEAN TOP Focus program etc). Train suppliers about quality tools as necessary
Support development & maintenance of Nilfisk supplier quality requirements / standards. Support local quality on Internal audits
Requirements:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (BSc or MSc)
Experience in quality position
Familiar with quality tools such as: APQP PPAP MSA SPC PFMEA 8D 5Why ISHIKAWA
Use of Microsoft softwares (Powerpoint Excel Word etc)
Fluent in English and Hungarian
SAP knowledge is advantage
Willingness to travel
Driving license
ISO9001 and/or IATF16949 Internal Auditor or Lead Assessor (14001 Auditor Certificate is an advantage
