Job Summary

Job Title: Support Worker

Pay Rate: 12.20 - 14.90per hour dependent on grade and experience (Sleep-in Allowance additional if required)

We are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Childrens Residential Domiciliary Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles
Care Driver
Significant experiencesupporting people with complex needs
Strongorganisational and communication skills
A positive team-oriented attitude
