How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Acompanhar o ciclo de atendimento de clientes VIPs e seus pacientes para garantir um alto nível de atendimento e construir relacionamentos duradouros.
Atuar como interface entre os clientes VIPs e outras áreas da empresa (vendas cobrança logística).
Ser responsável pelo faturamento de clientes VIPs.
Tratar questões excepcionais ou que não fluem pelos canais habituais propondo ajustes para satisfação do cliente.
Atender clientes resistentes à central de relacionamento promovendo confiança na nova central.
Acompanhar a implantação de novos negócios e contratos.
Apoiar vendedores das filiais em questões de atendimento.
Promover treinamento e qualificação contínua dos postos de atendimento da central.
  • Acompanhamento do atendimento de clientes VIPs (com indicadores de pesquisa de satisfação).
  • Garantir o faturamento de 100% dos clientes VIPs pela Customer Service.
  • Acompanhar a implantação de novos negócios importantes (com indicadores de pesquisa de satisfação pós-migração).
  • Realizar visitas a filiais e clientes VIPs quando necessário.
  • Fazer reuniões mensais com filiais para troca de informações e desenvolvimento de ações.
  • Tratar situações de segurança identificadas com as filiais para evitar incidentes.
  • Montar campanhas de vendas e ações de correção de processos com as filiais.
  • Trabalhar com Marketing para desenvolver planos de comunicação comercial.
  • Questionar clientes VIPs sobre a satisfação com o atendimento técnico e do call center.

  • Cursos desejáveis:Administração Fisioterapia Tecnologia em Gestão em Marketing.
