Job Description & Summary
At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Total and relevant years of experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce Solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience on Salesforce CPQ/Billing.
- At least 2 end to end CPQ/Billing implementation
Key skills:
- Experience with configuration & implementation of Salesforce CPQ (formerly Steelbrick CPQ) Cloud including Products configuration/Bundlesconfigure Pricebook & Prihcebook Entry Quotes Price Rules Product Rules Discount Schedules and workflows.
- Experience with Advance Approval and CPQ Quote Document.
- Hands-on experience implementing CPQ Billing including Contract Renewal amendment Subscriptions Billing Rules Tax rules invoice scheduler and Payment.
Must have skills:
- Strong understanding of Quote to cash business process.
- Hands-on experience in platform using APEX VisualForce flows.
- Experience in working with Lightning and design components / Web Components.
- Good experience in Salesforce configuration security and mapping features to the business requirements.
- Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SOQL queries.
- Good written and verbal communication Skills
Additional skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Billing (or similar billing systems)
- Experience on SOAP / Rest / Platform Events / Streaming APIs and 3rd party integrations.
- Experience delivering technical solutionsinvolving different Salesforce clouds (including built not limited to Sales Service Revenue Platform)
- Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM ERP and Financial systems ( example - Zuora NetSuite)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to think independently and creatively.
- Able to translate the customer requirements into functional configuration of .
- Must be able to deliver and unit test tasks independently and mentor junior members.
- Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
- Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem (Sales Service Experience clouds ) and adjust to new technologies/methods.
Educational requirements
- Preferred Salesforce CPQ certified
- Good to have Advanced Billing super badges
