Pastoral Teaching Assistant Whats on Offer:

Pastoral Teaching Assistant The Role:

Provide 1:1 small-group and in-class pastoral support for pupils facing behavioural emotional or wellbeing challenges.
Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning.
Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver consistent effective interventions.
Be a visible presence across the school proactively supporting pupils before issues escalate.

Pastoral Teaching Assistant Who Were Looking For

A calm confident and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in pastoral care.
Experience supporting children with SEMH needs through school youth work mentoring or similar roles.
Able to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
A graduate with a UK Bachelors Degree.
