Job Summary

Tasks

Process Design Mapping & Continuous Improvement

You own a clearly defined part of the commercial B2B SaaS lifecycle (e.g. Lead to Demo or Order to Renewal).
You create detailed process maps workflows and scalable to-be designs.
You identify inefficiencies using KPIs and data insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Solution Development & Technical Feasibility Alignment

You act as a solution co-designer balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
You collaborate closely with our Business Application Owners (HubSpot SugarCRM and supporting tools such as eSignature or conversation intelligence).
You write structured business requirements PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Process Rollout Adoption & Continuous Delivery Support

You partner with Sales Enablement to document and communicate process changes.
You support UAT go-live readiness and post-release stabilization.

Profile

Several years of experience in process management ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong skills in process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and in working with cross-functional teams.
Experience writing business requirements user stories and technical specifications.
Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot SugarCRM) and related tools.
Strong analytical thinking a structured way of working and a drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear actionable guidance.
Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
