• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment stoves grills prep tables etc.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area floors and walls.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens hoods grills sinks wall floors and other heavy equipment.
• Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
• Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
• Must be able to read write and comprehend English.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
