Job Summary
Sands KIAis seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team in Surprise AZ as an Automotive Parts Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by managing the receipt storage and distribution of automotive parts efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies.
- Organize and store parts appropriately in the warehouse to maintain an efficient system.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery or pickup according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with parts department staff to ensure timely fulfillment of customer and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies in all warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts department experience
- Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
