Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes across all projects and operations. The role involves implementing quality management systems ensuring compliance with industry standards conducting audits and leading a QA/QC team to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain QA/QC policies procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality across all operations and projects.
Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve quality plans inspection test plans (ITPs) method statements and other project documentation.
Monitor material inspections testing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
Coordinate with project managers engineering teams and clients to address quality issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Train and mentor QA/QC team members to enhance their technical and auditing skills.
Ensure adherence to safety environmental and regulatory standards during project execution.
Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or related discipline.
Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred).
Proven experience in QA/QC management roles within specify industry e.g. construction oil & gas manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO ASME API ASTM etc.).
Skills Required:
Excellent knowledge of QA/QC processes inspection methods and documentation control.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
