Job Summary

Sheet Metal Installerat Sunstate Mechanical Services

Shift: 8am-4:30pm (Hours vary based on job site)

Location: Job sites are all throughout the Phoenix Valley area

Requirements:

Youmustbe 18 years old.
Youmustbe eligible to work in the U.S
Youmustbe able to pass a drug test.
Youmustbe able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
For safety reasons youmustbe able to speak English.
Youmusthave your own tool kit.
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect technical work and customer serviceis at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:

Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on blueprints and specifications
Retrofit sheet metal components
Operate various tools and machinery such as forklift Cleat formers Bar Folders Shears Roll Former Band Saw Rotary Machine Flangers notchers etc Welders etc
Must have basic understanding of HVAC items that need to be built.
Install Alter Fabrication and Repair Sheet Metal Products Equipment Ducts and Hoods for HVAC Systems
Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal components
Responsible for teaching apprentices.
Additional duties as required
