Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Madison WI.

The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations of construction sites ensure safety compliance manage schedules coordinate contractors and maintain quality control. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project budgets and acting as a key point of communication between project stakeholders to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Experience with Construction Site Management and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Strong Organization Skills and Project Management capabilities
Skills in Budgeting and managing financial resources efficiently
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead teams for timely project completion
Knowledge of industry regulations building codes and safety standards
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in commercial construction and a proven track record of successful project delivery
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
