Job Summary

As an Equipment Administrator you are responsible for all the MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Fleet within vidaXL. You will ensure the Operations department has access to the right MHE. You will also stay in close contact with the suppliers and the designated service departments.

You will:

Ensure the optimal availability of the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet;
Create and maintain a comprehensive mapping and tracking system for the entire MHE fleet;
Ensure scheduled tests inspections and maintenance tasks are completed on time and in collaboration with relevant parties;
Report any damages or issues with the MHE fleet to the respective suppliers and oversee the resolution process;
Offer advice and report any findings and recommendations for improvements to the Maintenance Manager;

You have:

Proficiency in English is a requirement while knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
A degree in Facility Management is preferred but not mandatory;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;
Competence in administration and planning tasks;
Demonstrated ability to work independently;
Availability of 24 to 28 hours per week;
Driving License;
