Job Description:
An opportunity for a production scheduler has arisen within Airbus Operations Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSABILITIES
* Develop and maintain detailed production schedules taking into account material availability machine capacity and staffing requirements. * Coordinate with the purchasing logistics and engineering departments to ensure the timely availability of resources and components. * Monitor production progress identify deviations from the plan and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks. * Manage and update production master data in the ERP system. * Participate in the continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes. * Generate production performance reports and present them to management. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at all stages of production.
SKILSS
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Production Management Logistics or a related field.
Experience in production planning within an industrial environment preferably in the aerospace or automotive sector.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP PP preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
Advanced level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
