We are looking for a temporary CD Assistant to support our Key Customer Manager.

This role will be responsible for assisting in the execution of strategies (internally and externally) and supporting the Key Customer Manager and CD Director in negotiations with our key customers to implement 5Ps strategies for our brands/categories. The goal is to help maintain long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Support the area in achieving the companys sales and distribution goals for key customers.
• Aid in the development of annual business plans for key customers in alignment with company strategy to drive profitability enhance sales increase volumes and expand distribution and market share.
• Conduct deep analysis on performance trends and support in monitoring KPIs to aid in defining and implementing effective action plans for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to understand customer needs and recommend business solutions.
• Provide support in store coverage to gain insights into business dynamics.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a similar relevant field.

• Previous experience in a related role internships included is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-aware mindset.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proven ability to tailor communication for a professional audience.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proactive enthusiastic and positive approach to work with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.

• Languages: fluent Spanish and English.
