As we continue to grow our national broker footprint were looking for a Broker Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding Broker team and play a critical role in welcoming our newest customers. The role will be based in our Brisbane or Bundaberg office.
About the role
As a Broker Customer Onboarding Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers referred by our broker network. Your role is to deliver a warm seamless and confident onboarding experience that sets customers up for success and reinforces brokers trust in our process service and brand.
You will guide customers through the early stages of their home-lending journey ensuring they understand their options feel supported and have everything they need to move forward smoothly. With a blend of service excellence accuracy and relationship focus youll play a key role in improving conversion retention and overall broker advocacy.
