Job Description

As Lead Cyber Security Officer within the Global Information Security Office (GISO) you will shape and govern the security architecture of a global technology-driven organization. You will work across IT OT cloud and enterprise environments partnering closely with Cyber Defense Cyber Risk Managers and leaders across Enabling Functions to drive security maturity and embed security-by-design.

What will you be doing

In this role you will:

  • Design and maintain enterprise and cloud security architectures.
  • Define security reference architectures and ensure alignment with frameworks such as NIST ISO 27k and IEC62443.
  • Advise teams on secure solution design for hardware software and IT/OT systems.
  • Shape and maintain technical security policies and the broader security framework.
  • Represent Security Architecture & Design across stakeholder groups.
  • Lead awareness and training efforts that strengthen our security culture.

Key focus areas

  • Communities of Practice (CoPs): Establish and lead CoPs for HR IT Finance and Supply to support first-line ownership of security controls.
  • Control implementation: Guide first-line teams in implementing maintaining and improving security controls aligned with the IRM framework.
  • Training & capability building: Define learning goals and partner with our Academy HR and learning consultants to build tailored security learning paths.
  • Security maturity roadmap: Maintain and refine the cyber security maturity roadmap with the CISO and Lead Cyber Risk Manager translating maturity targets into actionable quarterly and yearly deliverables.
  • Training & awareness portfolio: Coordinate all security training and awareness activities ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What do we ask from you

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Security Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 710 years of senior security experience within large/global organizations.
  • Expertise in:
    • Enterprise & cloud security architecture
    • IT/OT security
    • Security frameworks (ISO27k NIST IEC62443)
    • Network security IAM vulnerability management
    • Secure software development / DevSecOps
    • Regulatory compliance (GDPR NIS2 CRA etc.)
  • Relevant certifications are highly valued.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 7.000 to 8.500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
