Your duties in Logistics:

• Taking care of our in- and outbound transports from A to Z documentation information clarification delivering full service support
• Providing support and guidance for all questions and challenges concerning our logistics structures and special requirements like IATA ADR etc. related topics
• Continuous improvement of our processes and services always striving to perform better than yesterday

Your duties in Procurement:

• Performing strong and reliable services in purchasing processing purchase requests and handling all quests on the way to delivery including documentation negotiations claim management and KPI analysis
• Procurement support in projects of all scales providing expert advice and assistance for our teams
• Vendor management building and managing durable and trustful relationships with our vendors

• Commercial education ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Purchasing with 1-3 years of professional experience in a business environment
• Team player with a high sense of service and cross-team collaboration
• Internal and external communication and presentation skills
• Fluent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Qualification as authorized person for dangerous goods and other freight service related authorizations preferably chemicals or customs is desired but not mandatory
