In this role you will be responsible for executing on one or more Payroll & Benefits process(s). Develop an in-depth understanding of Payroll & Benefits systems processes and legislative rules. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote Best in Class service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality delivery of multiple payroll & benefit processes and service to the businesses.
- Manages benefit/payroll queries from employees managers and HRMs in a timely and professional manner.
- Correctly administers benefit/payroll processes. Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced benefits/payroll. Includes those who lead Payroll & Benefits Service Delivery teams and/or the operations for such teams.
- Broadening knowledge of theories practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- Working with key stakeholders. Develop strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEV.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires relevant experience in the Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Fully professional Englishlanguage knowledge both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effective through written and verbal communication and consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
- Embrace change and you are not threatened by new processes / new technologies
- Demonstrated effectiveness to prioritize between tasks with different deadlines complexity
- Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base
- Ability to identify frequent customers / process issues and be able to suggest process procedure and training improvement opportunities
- Flexible mindset
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
