Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct third-party due diligence across the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN).

  • Manage and review alerts in client and third-party risk management tools.

  • Maintain and update the third-party tracker ensuring accurate records.

  • Liaise with stakeholders on third-party onboarding and re-evaluations.

  • Use KPMG proprietary tools to identify potential independence or conflict of interest issues.

  • Perform sanctions screening for client engagements and support the engagement onboarding team(s).

  • Assist with knowledge management and documentation of third-party processes.

  • Prepare various Quality and Risk Management (QRM) reports.

  • Provide general administrative support for miscellaneous QRM tasks.

Requirements

  • Preferred background: University studies/diploma

  • Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

  • Technical skills: Ability to identify potential problems and issues good computer skills basic knowledge in Excel PowerPoint and in Outlook is a must

  • Attitude: Precision reliability client-oriented mindset and proactive personality
