Key Responsibilities
Conduct third-party due diligence across the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN).
Manage and review alerts in client and third-party risk management tools.
Maintain and update the third-party tracker ensuring accurate records.
Liaise with stakeholders on third-party onboarding and re-evaluations.
Use KPMG proprietary tools to identify potential independence or conflict of interest issues.
Perform sanctions screening for client engagements and support the engagement onboarding team(s).
Assist with knowledge management and documentation of third-party processes.
Prepare various Quality and Risk Management (QRM) reports.
Provide general administrative support for miscellaneous QRM tasks.
Requirements
Preferred background: University studies/diploma
Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
Technical skills: Ability to identify potential problems and issues good computer skills basic knowledge in Excel PowerPoint and in Outlook is a must
Attitude: Precision reliability client-oriented mindset and proactive personality
