As a member of the Gas Power Sourcing Operations & Transformation organization reporting to the Process Excellence & Tools Leader for SPS. You will be responsible for running and improving the Sourcing sustainability programs engaging with Vernova HQ Sourcing team supporting pilot projects conducting analysis and improvement actions based on the data collected and triggering improvement actions throughout Sourcing with the relevant stakeholders to improve the inclusion of sustainability within sourcing strategy. This role will require you to Deliver usable KPIs with drill-down capability on-time on quality Run Operating Review process propose continuous improvement action including standard work and support their execution.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities (What you will do):
Daily Management of the PFAS Conflict minerals CBAM and Sustainable Material projects for GP sourcing.
Deliver regular update reviews on KPI related to these areas for the whole GP Sourcing organization.
Lead sourcing Standard Work development related to the subject.
Propose and support improvement actions (e.g. Kaizen).
Develop reporting to support the different sourcing components.
Regularly measure data quality in the systems publish a dashboard and lead improvement actions with all relevant stakeholders.
Support future changes in sustainability requirements for sourcing.
Required Qualifications (What you will bring):
Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Strong experience in Sourcing & Sustainability.
Language: Fluent in English.
Skills: Comprehensive sourcing expertise across strategy tactics and processes.
Mindset: Data-driven decisions Ethics & Compliance Customer focus Cross-functional team player.
A successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.

Váci Greens Office Park District XIII. Budapest Hungary
Work arrangement:
Hybrid - 2 office days/week - applicable upon Employer and People Leader permission.
