Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote the companys services across various business lines.
- Define sales scope and analyze customer requirements.
- Continuously increase sales by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
- Set sales targets and plan sales activities to achieve goals.
- Visit customers present the company profile and promote all service offerings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and develop long-term business growth.
- Prepare sales reports update customer information and provide progress updates to supervisors.
- Assess customer needs and analyze the market to identify sales opportunities for both import and export services.
- Follow up and resolve customer issues at the initial stage.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of logistics sales and service operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking reading writing) especially for international clients.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills high responsibility hardworking able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Free Zone operations importexport processes and customs/tax privileges.
- Able to work MondaySaturday.
