Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading social commerce and e-commerce agency in Thailand. The company partners with top local and international brands and specializes in live shopping video commerce and end-to-end store management across major marketplaces. The Senior Executive Account Management will be responsible for owning client relationships driving GMV and leading a small team to deliver high-impact campaigns and day-to-day store operations.

What Youll Do
- Master the AnyLive Solution: Gain an in-depth understanding of AnyLives features capabilities and value proposition.
- Support Sales Teams: Assist sales members in selling the product by providing in-depth technical knowledge case studies and best practices.
- Product Education & Training: Educate internal teams including sales and account management on AnyLives functionalities updates and industry applications.
- Client Technical Consultation: Join client meetings to provide technical expertise clarify AnyLives capabilities and address any concerns.
- Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Work closely with product and technical teams to gather client feedback and contribute to continuous product improvements
Who You Are
- 3 years of experience in account management pre-sales or product consultation in E-commerce SaaS or AI solutions.
- Ability to translate technical product features into business value for different stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate sales teams and pitch to clients effectively.
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce live commerce or AI-driven marketing platforms is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce live commerce digital marketing or project management is a plus
