Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and execute sales activities for integrated logistics system projects such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Transport Management Systems (TMS) ERP solutions IoT and other supply chain-related technologies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics companies manufacturers distributors and supply chain service providers.
- Analyze customer pain points and requirements then propose suitable system-based solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead the sales team in developing strategic sales approaches planning pipelines preparing quarterly forecasts and tracking sales performance.
- Manage and develop the sales team through coaching training and support to ensure effective B2B project sales.
- Oversee end-to-end project sales proposal negotiation contracting and project hand over working closely with operations and technical teams.
- Monitor project performance analyze costprofit results and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management including opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and drive long-term partnerships to generate recurring revenue.
- Stay updated on logistics industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and solution offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Logistics Industrial Engineering Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in Project Sales or Project Management: previous experience selling systems related to logistics supply chain warehouse operations WMS/TMS/ERP or IT solutions for logistics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations including Inbound Outbound Warehouse Transport and Supply Chain.
- Ability to present and design solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Knowledge of cost structure and ability to analyze project ROI.
- Understanding of supporting systems such as WMS TMS ERP IoT and AI in logistics.
- Ability to coordinate across functions and lead a team effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and manage project timelines efficiently.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
