- Reporting to the IKEA Food Manager you will be responsible in overseeing the Restaurant Bistro and Swedish Food Market as a strong communication mix to strengthen IKEAs home furnishing business market position in the local market.
- Accountable for the restaurant Bistro and SFM revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- You are responsible for the efficient organization of the business area relation to finance performance i.e. gross profit cost hours planning productivity levels absence management and holiday planning to agreed service levels.
- You will oversea areas such as food preparation and the cash registry in ensuring adherence to the guidelines stipulated in IKEA Concept Documentation and IKEA Safety & Security Risk Manual.
- You are to ensure a safe working environment for co-workers and customers in accordance with all local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Leading the section you are also to select recruit and develop co-workers in accordance with the IKEA values.
- Together with the IFB Manager and other team members you are an active contributor in achieving the IFB standards set in the operational commercial review.

Qualifications :
- You have background in the retail business with at least two years of food service management experience in a high volume business.
- You have strong knowledge of the food service industry as well as proven leadership capabilities.
- You are customer-focused highly analytical and can multi-task in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment.
- You create an environment embracing the IKEA values and diversity of both co-workers and visitors.
- Computer literacy good interpersonal skills and English language proficiency is a must.
